Gift: Dragon Dreaming e-book

Dragon Dreaming is a set of sustainable project management tools for groups and communities. We use parts of it in our events and in our teams.

We like that Dragon Dreaming has a very positive, integrative "yes culture" and it makes group projects fun and exciting. It shows us that we in our culture often forget to celebrate achievements and find the right place in teams. Also that we can make all-inclusive projects where everybody can add every detail, so everyone is really happy with it and 100% motivated.

That beeing said we have to add that we think it has very great tools for the beginning of a project and as we said we integrate parts of it here and there, but as an overall organisational culture sociocracy is way better and effective for long term projects and changing structures.
